Tamdhu 10 year single malt
In the words of the great Ron Burgundy “I Love scotch, scotchy scotch scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly.”
“After watching a recent three part scotch documentary on the BBC, I have been exploring the Amber coast and getting stuck in to some impressive single malts. What I have found is that I really enjoy Speyside whisky – their softer more subtle caramel like flavours are really enjoyable.”
“A very good “entry-level” young Speysider. I’ve tried this several times over the last year, and I continue to be impressed. It is sweetly complex with a nice progression and balance. While not what I would call heavily sherried, the sherry cask influence is subtly present throughout. It’s youth is evident in slight funkiness of the nose and heat towards the end.”
That’s our general manager, Tom Hall, saying all of that and not Ron Burgundy.
