Golf, virtual Beer Pong and Darts package!

2-hours simulator hire for 6 people

This package allows you to test your skills on the course with 8 nearest to the pin challenges and then switch over to beer pong or darts to see how many cups you can take down or triple 20s you can hit with the remaining time.

Depending on your pace of play, the nearest to the pin challenge should take between 1-1.5 hours leaving you with plenty of time to get your range at beer pong.

We have three levels of difficulty – beginner, intermediate and advanced – meaning this package will pacify your golf-obsessed mate and those that don’t know a putter from a pitching wedge.

The Golf Challenge

Here we test your game with a carefully curated challenge on our About Golf simulators. Aim straight at the pin on 8 different holes and see how close you can get. You’ll have three attempts per player on every shot, and you’ll see a leaderboard after every hole to see who the sharpest shooter is.

Beginner – you’ll be seeing how your nerve holds up at Nine Dragons. Don’t worry, you don’t have anything to hit over or around, and the shots are all makeable for absolute beginners. Just grip it and rip it!

Intermediate – you’ll be at the Home of Golf, on St Andrews’ Old Course. Your 8 shots will test every part of your game, from lob shots to long irons. There isn’t anything too long and pin placements are on the friendly side, so you should be able to cosy some up close. But can you find consistency over all 8? Time to find out.

Advanced – only for the flushers. You’re heading over to Pebble Beach, California. Our advanced pin placements mean you have to be right on the number if you want the ball to get anywhere near the pin. This is going to test all facets of your game – you’ll need to hit fades and draws, you’ll have to deal with sloping fairways and water, and you’ll be heading into some pins from serious yardages and we’re gonna find out how much zip you can get on the dancefloor. Rather you than us.

Beer Pong and Darts

The ping pong balls and darts are swapped for golf balls and rather than throwing you’re hitting. Our partners at About Golf have developed golf versions of beer pong and darts, allowing Urbanites to test their skills on the most accurate simulator while drinking delicious craft beer and eating delectable burgers.

How to Play

It’s very simple (beer pong is played by frat boys, after all). Split yourselves into two teams, choose which difficulty you want to play, pick how many rounds you want to do and away you go.

Beginner – cups are placed 25 yards away with nothing in between you and the target.

Intermediate – 50 yards away with junk in the middle. You have to hit the right distance in order to hit the target – no bump and runs allowed!

Advanced – mixing Phil Taylor and Phil Mickelson, we’re testing your hand at darts. This ‘cricket’ format of darts asks you to hit numbers multiple times, with the board stationed 25 yards away. First to hit all the numbers wins.
