Redchurch: Shoreditch Blonde
It’s True, Gentlemen do prefer blondes.
Now with regards to beers; Blondes are often regarded as one of the most approachable styles, a golden or blonde ale is an easy-drinking beer that is visually appealing and has no particularly dominating malt or hop characteristics. Rounded and smooth, the American’s love this style known for its simplicity.
Now a Shoreditch Blonde is a bit different; Quirky and clever – sophisticated, but in a scatty way. This blonde keeps you on your toes. Yes, this beer is extremely easy to drink but I assure you this is a blonde you will not get bored of quickly.
A great ‘gateway’ beer for someone who drinks lager but is interested in trying something different. It’s brewed with a saison yeast, but fermented at very cold temperatures so that the yeast doesn’t go too nuts and get all of those hot, farmhousey flavours.
“I was in love with a beautiful blonde once. She drove me to drink. That’s the one thing I’m indebted to her for.” W. C. Fields
