Cancellation policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings at Urban Golf.

 Standard Bookings‍

Bookings cancelled or amended more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time may be changed or cancelled free of charge. Bookings cancelled or amended within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will be charged in full. This includes full cancellations and date changes or rescheduling requests.

 Multiple Simulator Bookings

If you as a group make multiple individual bookings, we cannot guarantee that your simulators will be located side by side. Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate requests, the only way to guarantee grouped simulator allocation is to make a formal group booking via our bookings team.

Group Bookings

For larger group bookings requiring multiple simulators or private or semi-private venue space, a deposit or full pre-payment of agreed simulator hire or per-head package charges will be required in advance to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable within 10 days of the scheduled booking date.

Large Group Bookings & Venue Hire

Separate cancellation and payment terms apply to large group, semi-private and full private hire bookings. These will be confirmed at the time of booking.

By confirming your booking, you agree to the above terms.

Golf Lessons

Urban Golf Lessons that are purchased individually or as part of a package will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time it is at the Golf Pros discretion as to whether to extend the validity of any unused lessons.

Urban Golf Practice Bundles

Practice Bundles are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who has signed up to the membership scheme.

Bundle holders will be able to use Urban Golf’s simulators for no additional charge before 6pm, Monday to Friday subject to availability.

If a simulator is used by guests other than members a guest fee will be charged at £10 per hour per guest.

Practice Bundles cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion that Urban Golf operates. Bookings can be made up to 3 weeks in advance, though if a holder wishes to book a time between 1pm and 3pm Monday – Friday then they will only be able to do so on the day.

Any bookings that are made under this scheme can be cancelled by the member up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

Urban Golf Promotions

Urban Golf may at their discretion run any number of promotions throughout the course of the year. Urban Golf reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notification for any reason.

Promotions are not able to be used in conjunction with another discount, special offer or promotion and will apply only to the standard prices of Urban Golf products or services. Certain promotions may require the customer to provide proof of identification, coupon or voucher, if these are not provided when required then the customer will not be able to claim the promotional rate. In all instances the promotion can only be redeemed once per person.

Corporate Packages, Full and Semi private Hire

To secure your group booking we require a 50% deposit. This may be made using credit or debit card only. Please call 0207 248 8600 to provide these card details to secure your booking, or fill in the payment link sent to your email.

This deposit payment is non-refundable (see cancellation fees below). Urban Golf then requires the full balance to be made at least 7days in advance to the date of your booking with us.

Any additional food ordered on the night and the total drinks bill will be provided to the booking contact upon the booking finishing for immediate payment.  We reserve the right to charge any sums outstanding to the credit card provided by you if no alternative form of payment has been received from you prior to due date.

Cancellation Fees

After a booking has been confirmed using card details, the following cancellation charges apply.  If you cancel or reschedule the group booking:

Less than 30 -15 days prior to your booking, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total event cost.

15 days or less prior to event date, a cancellation charge is 100% of the total event cost.

These cancellation fees will apply regardless of the reason for cancelling or rescheduling the booking including but not limited to adverse weather, industrial action, strikes, terrorist attacks.

Service Charge

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is applicable on all food and drink for group bookings.   The service charge will be added on to your food and drink bill.

Food Orders and Cancellations

All food orders need to be made at least 1 week in advance of the event. It is the responsibility of the booking organiser to ensure that a food order has been placed with Urban Golf. Any reductions in a food order made less than 1 week in advance of the due date will still be charged in full. Reductions in food orders made more than 1 week in advance will not be charged.
