Golf Experience Caddies

Think of us as golf’s version of your favourite hangout spot. Now, we’re looking for a friendly, sharp, and golf-savvy host to join our crew. 🏌️‍♂️Your Role – More Than Just Front of House:‍

As a Golf Experience Caddy, you’re not just greeting guests—you’re guiding them, hosting them, and making sure they have a brilliant time, every time. You're their first impression and their trusted sidekick throughout their visit.

Your day might include:

• Greeting and setting up guests on our state-of-the-art golf simulators—explaining the tech, offering gameplay tips, and reading the room like a seasoned caddy reads a green

• Acting as a personal host: taking food & drink orders, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring each guest feels looked after from tee-off to final putt

• Sharing what we offer: lessons, memberships, bundles - you know our services like a course map and help guests navigate their options smoothly

• Building relationships with members and regulars - you’ll know their favourite drink and their go-to club for a short par 3

⏱ Schedule

• Saturdays: 11:30am – 8:30pm are essential. Weekday shifts available during busy period. Part-time, full-time, and permanent options

Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our busy venue. You’ll support the General Manager in leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the venue, ensuring a seamless experience from opening to close.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, food, and drinks.
• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with professionalism and confidence.
• Ensure the venue maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Use and manage booking systems efficiently to maximise capacity and customer satisfaction.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Confidently make decisions to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

About You:

• Proven experience in managing or assisting in a high-volume hospitality venue (bar, restaurant, or leisure setting).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, positive approach.
• Excellent understanding of customer service excellence.
• Comfortable working with booking and POS systems.
• Organised, reliable, and confident under pressure.
• A genuine passion for golf and good understanding of the game — you don’t need to be a pro, but you should love the sport and its culture.
