Urban Golf Smithfield is available for private hire, and makes an ideal venue for daytime conferences, parties, events, team building, training days and presentations.
The space can be customised to your specification for groups as small as six or as large as 200, with on-site catering and full-spec IT set up including large screen projectors, video conferencing and high-speed internet.
Farringdon, St Paul’s, Barbican and Chancery Lane underground stations are all within a five minute walk. Farringdon station also provides access to the Elizabeth Line and Thameslink rail services, which provide direct access to both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. All of London’s major railway stations are within easy reach via the tube. Secure underground parking is available in the adjacent Smithfield Market car park.
We have 20 years’ experience planning and delivering events for organisations of all shapes and sizes. Our on-site team are available to support with everything from IT support to catering, and while our state-of-the-art golf simulators make for a perfect breakout session or team building activity, you don’t need to be a golfer to host an event with us!

Bookable Hours
Urban Golf Smithfield is available for hire between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Bespoke packages can be created outside of these hours – please contact us for more information.
Facilities
Venue hire includes all the amenities and IT support you expect, including HD project, large drop-down screen, state-of-the-art sound system, video conferencing and high-speed internet. And, of course, our 11 golf simulators provide the opportunity for team building or breakout sessions – our golf advisors will be on-hand to set up fun games and friendly competition for complete beginners or experienced golfers.
Food & Drink
We run a fully-stocked bar and have an on-site kitchen to provide catering to suit every taste and budget. Please contact us to see sample menus and to discuss and specific requirements.
Privacy
Our soundproofed private VIP room provides a perfect option for a small discrete event, while a full venue hire guarantees complete privacy with no access to the general public. We also provide secure storage for equipment before, during and after your event.
